I hold a master in Environmental Engineering and a PhD. in Environmental Engineering. I am a full professor of Hydrology. I was a postdoctoral fellow at Federal University of Alagoas (Institute of Atmospheric Sciences) and Federal University of Campina Grande in Brazil. My main research field is satelite-based large-scale drought monitoring and satelite-based enviromental monitoring. I have experience in processing gridded datasets in different formats (e.g. GeoTIFF and netcdf) with R - RStudio.
